Third Times a Charm After Three Breast Procedures
After four episodes guest hosting our series on elective surgeries, Lisa Michelle steps out of the host seat and into the spotlight to share her own story – one shaped by years of dancing, pain, research, and three separate breast surgeries. This candid conversation with Onyx gets into what Lisa wishes she had known before her first augmentation, how pole dancing influenced her surgical decisions, and what finally made her say enough and choose a completely different path for her third and final procedure.

How’s it going everyone? You are listening to Yas Podcast aka Yas A Stripper Podcast. This is your host Onyx all the way from Canada, your stripper queen from the North. I will be your host today alongside we have Am Davies, our producer. Say hello, Ms. Yana.
AM Davies (00:15.468)
What’s What’s up? What’s up? I’m ready to produce.
ONYX (00:19.536)
Yes, I love it. Represent. I actually wore mine last night. I was wearing it last night and Tim actually read the back. Where is it? I wish it was right here. Just cooking. I was just wearing it, know, around the house. But the back has like the quotes on it and everything.
AM Davies (00:24.972)
You wore your t-shirt last night?
AM Davies (00:30.638)
Where did you wear it? Where were you? Oh, you were just wearing it.
AM Davies (00:38.508)
yeah, so these are the ones that I like basically hand printed, not hand printed, but I don’t know the technical term where you pull that big press thing down yourself with your hands like manually. Yeah, at the art house. And I made all of these and then we switched to drop shipping on the online store because I’m like, this is hard doing it manually.
ONYX (00:48.732)
Self press.
ONYX (01:06.512)
my god. Yeah, that was good. Tim was reading the back of it and he, I forget what my quote says, but he read it out loud. I’m like, what are you talking about? And he’s like, your shirt. I’m like, thanks. But yeah, we’ve got a fantastic topic today. I’m actually really excited about it.
AM Davies (01:07.512)
Anyways, I love that you’re wearing it though. Thank you for wearing it.
Lisa Michelle (01:12.61)
you
Lisa Michelle (01:18.613)
Thank
AM Davies (01:19.79)
Yes, you’re so wise. Yes.
ONYX (01:30.162)
Today’s topic, we are talking about augmentation or body enhancements, what can go wrong, all that jazz. And we are bringing on an amazing guest. Their name is Lisa. Would you like to come in and say hello to everybody?
Lisa Michelle (01:46.896)
Hello, how are you doing? I’m really great. Cold as well, but yeah, I’m good. I’m good. Yeah.
ONYX (01:47.334)
Hello! How are you?
Good, good. Well, before we get started, do you want to tell us your pronouns and if you identify as a sex worker or something else?
Lisa Michelle (02:03.748)
Yeah, yeah. So my pronouns are she, her, and I identify as a sex worker, stripper, entertainer, performer, I don’t know, all of our names. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, excited to be here.
ONYX (02:13.882)
Yeah, he hears umbrella. I mean, sometimes you got to be specific. Awesome. So yeah, so today we’re getting into bit of your story. I actually listened to a few episodes that you did leading up to this point. Let’s get right into it. So basically, we’re talking about augmentation, as I was already saying, and I’ve never really had any kind of surgical experience other than
wanting to get my boobs done and then I never ended up doing it other than to, what did I, like I just changed my mind. But like, what was, why did you decide to do it? What were your reasonings behind it and all that?
Lisa Michelle (02:51.686)
Yeah.
Lisa Michelle (03:00.614)
So I actually had them done before I was in the industry. Like I actually had no intention of ever stripping. I was like a creative person. I worked in advertising. And then there was like this recession. So that’s how I got into stripping. But I was able to do that because for years I had always wanted to get my boobs done. had like, so I had like a deformity they call tuberous asymmetry, which I hate that term because tuber means potato, but it basically means like
ONYX (03:07.164)
food.
Lisa Michelle (03:29.798)
I’m serious. Yeah, it means like your your boob is shaped like a potato. So for listeners, like if you want to Google it like you’re the underside of your boob, which they call the lower pole should have more skin and then the upper so that’s why it has that like teardrop shape and mine developed the opposite way. So I had I had like a Snoopy boob and one was a lot bigger than the other. So I have like an 80 to 100 CC difference like a full cup size difference and
ONYX (03:49.66)
Interesting
Lisa Michelle (03:59.878)
It just really messed with my head my whole life. Like I had never had sex without a shirt on like it was just really It affected me in every possible way I had to wear, you know, once I started to develop it I’m like, something’s wrong here, know, and then once I fully developed I was like, okay I can’t even buy a bra that like wouldn’t shift over to the bigger side So like it affected my shopping and then I of course I was you know, I wanted to hide it
ONYX (04:10.086)
Mm-hmm.
Lisa Michelle (04:29.188)
you know, being a young person and like being interested in dating. So I started wearing like a silicone prosthetic to balance it out. And like that would give me a rash. So I was like dealing with that all the time. So I had to like be really strategic and like, okay, I’m not going to wear it this day because I won’t be around people. living like that up until I was 20, I think I got them done when I was 26. that’s what it was like for me. And I, for me, it was such a simple decision to make cause I just knew instantly.
that when I got past that my life would get better. So that’s why I decided to do it. Yeah.
ONYX (05:02.49)
Okay, okay. then, so then the recession happened and then you got into the spitting side. So how did it, what was, well, how was your first time actually as a rookie, right? Coming into the industry.
Lisa Michelle (05:07.942)
Yeah, yes. Uh-huh. That was, yeah.
Lisa Michelle (05:18.278)
Dancing? Yeah. So I was very stupid. had this like, I got the job I was supposed to get out of college and turns out it paid like shit and I hated my boss. So I was like, I’m going to quit this job. My friends are traveling places. I’m like, I’m going to travel. I didn’t understand that I was poor and that that was a bad idea. So I went to Japan, which I always wanted to do because I spoke Japanese. I wanted to like go there. So
I don’t anymore. I don’t remember shit anymore, but I could read it and I could write it and I could talk to someone for about like 10 minutes, you know? And I just, wanted to go, but of course, you know, when I came back to the States, there was no jobs and I had all this debt because I had to put my travel on a credit card because I was an idiot. So my, me and one of my, my friends, like from my hometown, we’re like, we’re both depressed and he’s like, let’s just go get a beer at the titty bar.
ONYX (05:51.794)
Better than me.
ONYX (06:05.734)
I’m here.
Lisa Michelle (06:14.47)
And I’m like, okay, so we’re sitting there, here I am with like my new tits that I’m not even aware that I have yet, because mentally I’m still seeing myself the way I’d always seen myself. I just have these boobs. And this stripper comes up to me, and I’ll never forget her. She was wearing like a black negligee, because it was like the early or mid 2000s, know? It was like 2009. And she’s wearing this black negligee, and she gives me this postcard, and it says, rack of the month.
ONYX (06:24.114)
Who’s he is?
Lisa Michelle (06:42.512)
club contest, $1,000 cash prize. And she’s like, you should do this, you’d win. I’m like, whatever. And just like grabbed and stuck in my pocket and we leave there. And then of course, I still can’t find a job in advertising and I’m destitute. And I’m like, I think I need to go do this thing because I need some money. I’m going to message all my friends from the city to come and cheer for me. And they did and I won. And it was like the hardest night of my life because they’re like, it’ll be like an hour.
But they kept putting us up there on stage. And I had never touched a pole in my life. I remember touching the pole and I was like, this feels right. And like, right? And I was the actual, there’s like maybe one other girl that was the actual non-stripper doing it. it’s always like professionals, know? It’s like, let me get this extra 500 bucks, extra thousand bucks and then I’ll go back to my home club.
ONYX (07:18.802)
I’m to express.
Lisa Michelle (07:33.382)
I was actually the amateur. Everybody else, they were doing pole tricks and stuff and I’m like, my God, I’m sweating and shaking. And just so obviously an amateur. I remember one point they asked me, so what are your hobbies? They do the microphone thing and I’m like, crochet. And everybody starts laughing. They’re like, there’s no way. I was being totally serious. I was actually an amateur.
ONYX (07:50.93)
I’m out.
It’s actually true.
Yeah.
Lisa Michelle (08:00.602)
And I wore little boy shorts, you know, because I didn’t want to show my butt. But I guess everyone thought I was like either really authentic or just making it up and they couldn’t tell. So like everybody was like loving it. And I’m just like trying, I’m just like, I hope I get this money. And at one point, like it was down to me and this one professional stripper. She was doing all the pole tricks at the top of the pole. And I’m like, my God, she’s going to win. turns out the dancers there, like they knew her and they hated her and they didn’t want her to win. So like when they said she won.
ONYX (08:03.075)
Hahaha.
Lisa Michelle (08:29.05)
They all like had a mutiny and they went to the office to tell the manager to redo the competition and we had to go up again. And they were like, so when I go up the last time on stage, I think I’ve been up on stage like four times at this point, they’re like cheering me on and they’re like, pop it. I’m like, pop what? Like just, just, I’m like, they’re like, shake your ass. I’m like, I’m trying. But I think I won pity money cause I was so bad, but that’s, that’s how I got into it. And I never would have gotten into stripping if I hadn’t gotten my boob job before.
And not even for the reason of just, I just wanted, I didn’t want to have big boobs. That was an accident. They had to give me bigger boobs to like fix the size difference. I just wanted to be like normal in a shirt, you know, but I got way more out of it. So like, they really were my golden ticket into the industry. I don’t know what it’s like to dance without them. Yeah.
ONYX (08:58.097)
Yeah.
ONYX (09:10.802)
Yeah, yeah.
ONYX (09:20.298)
Yeah, sorry, I didn’t mean to cover you, but yeah, I actually did amateur night as well before I started stripping. So that’s so funny that that’s your story as well. Question about your how long did you have your boobs done before stripping? Like how old were they then?
Lisa Michelle (09:35.278)
Yeah, not long. it’s been, okay, it’s been like 17 or 18 years that I’ve had implants. So I had to like, I’ve been writing a story about it that I’ll post so that I can remember. It’s hard to remember, but I had them done. So was 26 when I had them done and I think I started stripping at 27. So I had them for like, it was about just like maybe a year and a half maybe that I had them. Yeah. I went under the muscle. Yeah.
ONYX (09:59.154)
And then you can do over the muscle or under.
Okay, yeah. How did you find that with pole dancing? Because what I notice is when you, as soon as you move, any kind of like flexion, your implant moves with your muscle, right? And it creates that weird looking, what do call that? Indense or like capsulization, whatever it looks like. One of the fears that kind of made me go, no, I don’t want to do it because like I’m a pole dancer myself. And that I…
Lisa Michelle (10:05.36)
Which, yeah.
Lisa Michelle (10:14.288)
Yeah.
Yeah. Mm-hmm. Yes. Yes. Yeah.
Lisa Michelle (10:28.176)
Yeah.
ONYX (10:29.234)
But then I was giving myself options. Well, maybe I’ll just leave my bra on until until like playtime or I don’t do anything. I’m just like, hey, so let’s just do a little doable. And then I was like, OK, well, maybe I will get my tits done because there’s options. But yeah, how did you? Yeah.
Lisa Michelle (10:34.694)
you
Lisa Michelle (10:43.59)
Yeah.
So you’re asking all the right questions because that’s called animation deformity. So when you flex, your muscle basically is squeezing around that implant as it should because you need tension in your muscles. And it causes the implant, like you said, to kind of shift or move, or you could just tell that something is going. Yeah. So that was not explained to me. That was not explained to me back 18 years ago when I hadn’t done it the first time that that was going to happen.
ONYX (10:59.868)
Okay.
ONYX (11:12.869)
See ya later.
Lisa Michelle (11:15.114)
but also at the time I was a different person. Like I had never worked out a day in my life. Like I was working up in an office somewhere. So I didn’t think to ask those questions, but if I was thinking like you do, or someone who’s already working in a club and knowing how much we use our bodies, I would have thought to ask something like that. knowing what I know now, going under the muscle, being like a pole, girly, a pole slayer like you, that was a bad choice.
for me. It ended up causing problems. Yeah, it caused problems for me years and years later. Yeah.
ONYX (11:44.338)
It’s
ONYX (11:48.658)
How is the healing process? for people of color, especially myself, we have keloid scarring. And another reason why I was like, if I’m going to get something, I want it to look natural. don’t want it to look like I got my boobs done. like scar, the way the implant sits and all that. So like with keloid scarring, it creates like extra skin over top of the scar. it doesn’t heal, it disappear.
Lisa Michelle (11:54.256)
Mm-hmm. Yeah.
Lisa Michelle (12:01.19)
Mm-hmm.
Lisa Michelle (12:12.41)
Yes.
ONYX (12:16.464)
So how is healing for you and all that and your skin? And is it thin? Was it thick?
Lisa Michelle (12:21.286)
So I have I have like ideal skin. It’s not super thin. It’s not super thick I I don’t scar very easily I had so my first set I’ve had three breast augs So my first set they did what they call the areolar incision So they go through the bottom half of the nipple and they I have a silicone implant that they put in through there So I had scars around my nipples, but if your surgeon’s really good
ONYX (12:39.015)
Yeah.
Lisa Michelle (12:48.966)
they know how to line that scar up. So while I do have scars there, I mean, it’s been 17 years, like they faded over time and now they just blend in, you know, with everything else. Um, but if I had like a different kind of nipples, some people have like a softer line, those scars would be really visible. So you really have to kind of choose incision on top of like, you know, what your anatomy looks like. Um, for a lot of people who do scar more easily, they’ll just go right in the fold.
because it’s always going to kind of rust. And you might see it if you’re reaching up really high, you might see it a little bit. But when I did my amateur night competition, I was still pretty fresh after my breast aug. I just put some concealer on them. And then I got some like that Ben Nye fixer spray, the really heavy duty shit. I sprayed that on top and that just blocks the sweat and everything. And no one could see them. Because I do remember at the time my scars were still pretty like purple. They were pretty visible. Yeah.
ONYX (13:42.481)
Yeah.
Lisa Michelle (13:45.134)
Makeup. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Right. I know they owe me so much money after all the free advertising. I’ve given them all these years.
ONYX (13:47.998)
Ben Nye’s really good too. We’ll plug in for you. you say you have three augmentations done. Why is that? Just because either life expectancy of the silicone or were there problems?
Lisa Michelle (14:01.51)
Yeah.
Lisa Michelle (14:07.694)
Yeah, so there is a life expectancy. say about 10 years. So that’s why whenever you do get implants, there’s a 10 year warranty. if they rupture, something goes wrong, know, like if you have contracture rupture, there’s like a percentage that you’ll get returned, you know, or that you’ll, they’ll reduce from your next augmentation because of implant, you know, manufacturer error or something like that. So when my second revision came around, I was at the seven year mark. So,
ONYX (14:15.612)
Thank you.
Lisa Michelle (14:36.196)
because I had a rupture, I was able to get a portion of that paid for. I think I ended up only paying, it was like a $8,000 surgery, up paying like 1200 of it, which was like the anesthesiology or surgeon’s fees, something like that. So, you know, that was covered. But the reason why I had a rupture is because, I mean, I can’t prove it, but I went in for routine mammogram, as you should. I think you’re supposed to have them within five years. And I went in for my routine mammogram, and they kept like calling me back.
I’m like, God, something’s wrong. And then I had to do like a ultrasound. And they found I had like this weird kind of my tear, my implant was almost like a puncture, like something had like gone through it and it was in my armpit, like right on the edge. And I’m like looking at the image and I realized that’s from doing brass monkey press ups because the pole gets in your, know what saying?
ONYX (15:16.615)
I need it.
Lisa Michelle (15:30.432)
And I didn’t know how to move that out of way. man, that really taught me a lot about pole technique. It’s like, you really shouldn’t be pressing up towards your boobies. You’re pressing up more towards your collarbone. And I’m pretty sure that’s how it ruptured. but luckily, you know, luckily I had that. Yeah. Yeah. And this is the thing, like a lot of surgeons, like they don’t understand when you say, I do pole dance and I work out. They’re like, well,
ONYX (15:30.78)
Thank you.
ONYX (15:47.635)
hate to laugh, but like it’s pole moves, I swear.
Lisa Michelle (15:59.334)
you know, you’re getting your muscle, your implants under your muscle. We’ll just don’t do chest exercises. A lot of them will say, well, just don’t do your chest exercises. And I’m like, I can’t not do my chest exercises when I’m doing pull. Like I don’t get to select what muscles I’m using. Cause the way they think about exercise, because they’re medical professionals, not health professionals is the difference. Yeah.
ONYX (16:18.29)
Yeah, I was gonna say, because wouldn’t chest exercises help keep them perky?
Lisa Michelle (16:25.612)
They don’t understand. They don’t understand that, you know, when it comes to your whole body fitness, you get to a point where you can’t just select what not to use. But these are people that have only ever like sat behind a book their whole lives. Like, you know, it’s rare to meet like a surgeon that understands that’s like done CrossFit or something and like gets it. So, yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
ONYX (16:34.843)
Mm-hmm.
ONYX (16:38.395)
Yeah.
ONYX (16:44.358)
Yeah, right. Yes, but no. my goodness. What kind of fluid were your implants?
Lisa Michelle (16:55.174)
So I had like viscosity, mean like the silicone. So the second set, they’ve all been silicone. I did consider with the second set going to saline, but here’s the reason why I didn’t because I was already stripping and I had already had a rupture and I knew how much time I’d be out of work if, you know, like I had to have another surgery again. And you know, when you have a saline rupture, it will deflate immediately like within like
ONYX (16:58.128)
Yeah, like was it sailing ship or yeah?
ONYX (17:17.362)
That’s right.
Lisa Michelle (17:24.634)
couple days, you’ll have like one boob and then no boob, you know? So I thought, okay, I can’t like suddenly be like, shit, I’m out of work. You know, at the time I wasn’t smart about my finances. I didn’t understand what like having an emergency fund was. so if you’re going to get your boobs done, make sure you have an emergency fund, especially if you get saline implants, because one day you have a boob and if it ruptures the next day, you don’t have a boob and it’s going to be really hard to strip. Not saying you can’t do it, but, yeah.
Just only take your top off on one side Yeah, or it’s like I have variation you like small tits you like big ones like yeah Yeah, so that was why I went with silicone again because I was aware that I probably wouldn’t be able to navigate having if I had a rupture all of a sudden You know having to get that taken care of so I stuck with that. Yeah
ONYX (18:18.822)
Hmm. That’s awesome. So you were saying, so we had your first implant had to be removed because of the brass monkey and then you had another removal. What was that about?
Lisa Michelle (18:20.966)
Yeah.
Lisa Michelle (18:29.604)
Mm-hmm.
So that was just recently. So my second set I had for 10 years and three months, which means that the warranty expired right before they ruptured. They ruptured and yeah. So I got no money back from the implant company, but that happened in June. So that was just last year.
ONYX (18:45.415)
Help!
Lisa Michelle (18:56.704)
I had noticed my left boob was starting to like get like an indent and it was almost like my real boob was resting on top of the implant. Like they call that a double bubble, which is really common with people that get sub muscular implants over time. Sometimes implant will start what they call a bottom out. It’ll drop down below like where the muscle is and you get this kind of crease and bubble in it. But mine was kind of happening in a way where my natural breast tissue
was just kind of resting on top. And then there was this big crease where the muscle was squeezing the implant. And it started to bother me. And at this point, I didn’t know if it was a rupture, but like customers had commented on it. I’m like, okay, this is something’s wrong. But I hadn’t had it looked at because I didn’t want to deal with it. And one night I was at work and I was like finishing up the last like couple seconds of a lap dance with a customer and he reached up and he grabbed my left boob really hard. Yeah.
ONYX (19:28.679)
Good.
Lisa Michelle (19:51.542)
And of course, as we do when we’re assaulted, know, sometimes you’re like, what, like you freeze or sometimes like you want to punch them. Of course, in our work environment, we can’t just punch them. Knowing what I know now, I probably, I should have gone to management and said, this guy just assaulted me. need his name and number because, yeah. So I don’t know. I don’t know if it was ruptured before that. Like I was saying, like I did notice, like I was having an issue there. but whatever he did definitely made it worse. Cause the next day when I was getting ready for work.
ONYX (20:06.77)
Probably won’t speak.
Lisa Michelle (20:19.47)
have my little robot, take my robot and I look at my left boob and it’s like swollen and there’s like this red ring around where the implant would be. And I, I had never, I looked at, I’m like immediately Googling, like, what the hell is this? I called my husband. I’m like, I need to come home. Something is wrong. Like something is wrong. And as soon as I do, go home and I’m looking for, try to get an appointment somewhere to get a mammogram and see what’s going on. And that kind of started the process. but it, you know, it takes a long time to get those appointments in America, you know.
It took me several months to get through a diagnostic mammogram, ultrasound, and an MRI. And I was actually already going through, this is where I got lucky, air quotes in a weird way, because seven months prior to that, I was getting a mammogram, my annual, and they found like a couple, like small calcifications, a cluster of them in my right boob. And they said, we need to check you for cancer. So like, as I’m going through this process with my right boob and I’m waiting, they,
They do the diagnosis and they say, back in six months, we’ll see if it’s metastasized and then we’ll figure it out. So I’m waiting for that. And as that happens, this guy squeezes my boob at work and then I’m like, something’s wrong with my left boob. So now I need to go get that appointment. I just got so lucky that I already had a doctor order for that follow-up mammogram and that it was covered under my insurance. Because a lot of times like insurance does not cover…
ONYX (21:41.301)
wow.
Lisa Michelle (21:43.942)
anything related to your implants. So it’s like out of pocket, out of pocket. So I just got really lucky that while they were screen doing cancer screening process for me, that it was covering all of what was being looked at on my left side too. So I ended up having to have the ultrasound to confirm that it was a rupture on my left side. And I also, because they couldn’t determine if there was cancer on my right side, I had to go for an MRI, IV MRI. And that’s how they, they rolled that out. So
ONYX (21:46.674)
I
Lisa Michelle (22:10.746)
You know, was going through a lot of emotions between June of last year and November, trying to suss out like what I knew I was going to have to get new implants anyway. But in a weird way, I was like, God, I hope I have cancer because if I do, then my health insurance company actually has to pay for my implants. That’s how it is. Yeah. Yeah. Welcome to living in the U S but they do. Right. Yeah. I remember I was joking around with my primary doctor about it while she’s like giving me an exam and she looks at me and she’s like,
ONYX (22:27.186)
I have a wish for.
ONYX (22:32.444)
cancer.
Lisa Michelle (22:40.518)
And I’m like, I have a dark sense of humor, I know, unfortunately I didn’t have cancer. So, but I did have to get my implants removed because there was definitely, I had what they called like a focal bulge tear, which is like right behind the nipple. almost looked as if someone squeezed my boob really hard. So five consults later, I finally found my surgeon and I took my time.
ONYX (22:43.666)
Trini makes us all funny.
Okay.
Lisa Michelle (23:09.764)
because the first two times I did not take my time. I just went in there and booked with whoever and that was my biggest mistake. Yeah.
ONYX (23:16.39)
my goodness. Before we get into your third talk, let’s take a quick break and we’ll be right back.
Lisa Michelle (23:19.823)
Yeah
ONYX (23:25.298)
And we are back. We just finished talking about Lisa’s second augmentation where she got extremely lucky but not lucky that she was getting screening for cancer in her boobs and got everything covered on insurance and fortunately does not have cancer. So we are happy with that.
Lisa Michelle (23:46.854)
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Blessing.
ONYX (23:52.242)
But let’s talk about third time’s a charm. So you took your time now, you found the right doctor to do the correct work and the correct job. What happened?
Lisa Michelle (24:01.156)
Yeah, so my first time I barely researched my doctor and I went with like what you call like a boutique private practice surgeon. I didn’t ask the right questions. I didn’t know what to do. And the second time I was in such a time crunch because I knew I had a rupture and I had to get it taken care of that I just went with like who my friend said I should go to. Cause she was like the physician’s assistant at the hospital. And he was actually
ONYX (24:23.452)
Okay.
Lisa Michelle (24:28.122)
He was not a good doctor. He did some things to try to like cut some corners. Like he gave me a twilight anesthesia, which was not smart. I woke up, which people do. They would kind of talk sometimes, but like I was awake, feeling pain and talking, like totally conscious. So by the time I got to my third like rupture or my second rupture, third surgery, I knew I had a rupture and I knew I could have a little bit of time to get it fixed.
ONYX (24:42.096)
Ugh.
Lisa Michelle (24:56.728)
Some people live with a rupture for like years. So, you know, based on what they told me in the ultrasound MRI, they’re like, well, I mean, you you could live with this, but you probably don’t want to. I’m like, no. So they’re like, you have some time. So I gave myself like six months to figure out who I wanted to have do it. Given what I was dealing with because I kept having ruptures on my left side. I’m like, something is not right. Something keeps happening on this side.
ONYX (25:21.179)
you
Lisa Michelle (25:21.618)
I wanted to consider the possibility of going away from a sub muscular implant to a sub glandular implant. And, so most, most people that have had their, implants done. Well, it was usually like prescribed procedure was under the muscle because the theory is that under the muscle will keep them from sagging over time. it’ll reduce what.
ONYX (25:29.447)
What’s that?
Lisa Michelle (25:47.246)
what is called capsular contracture, which is where the scar tissue sometimes will squeeze around the implant and deform it, it’s painful too. So it reduces the risk of that. So there was reasons behind it, except for people like us that are really active and we’re on stage naked and you start seeing things like animation deformity or constantly having ruptures, sub-muscular placement could be not the best prescribed procedure.
So I started wondering this and I started researching and I’m like looking for articles and of course, like they’re always written by doctors that are not in America talking about how, we should probably reconsider this because it doesn’t work for this population. And I started to see that I’m part of that type of population. A lot of mastectomy patients will have them put under the muscle and then have the same complaint where it’s just like mentally messes with them to see that happening, especially because they have so much, so much has gone.
and they prefer to then now have a, what they call a plane change. going from under the muscle to over the muscle. And that’s what I wanted. And I had talked to, I had several consults. One was like a doctor in another city online. He told me, yeah, we need to move your boobs closer together. Cause they’ve moved more towards your armpits from while you’re working out. I’m like, okay. That procedure is called the capsulophrase. It’s such a hard word to say.
Basically what they do is the pockets over time because you’re squeezing your muscles around those implants They they start to broaden and your your implants will start to go more towards the outside of your rib cage And now the pockets are much bigger than like the implants are so they’re just kind of loose around there and and that’s causing that so the prescription for that is it’s called the calf’s lophi and they’ll They’ll go in and they’ll take those pockets and they’ll sit for them closed on the edges so that they bring your boobs closer together
and the implant will fit in there better, they sit your, the sittering is such during your, your muscles, your fascia down to the ribs. So it’s extremely painful. So a couple, yeah. Yeah. So you can imagine being an active person. You don’t, can’t move a lot after you’ve had that done. Every doctor told me I would have to have that done. So I was prepared for that.
ONYX (27:47.248)
Yeah.
Lisa Michelle (28:01.014)
One of them said he didn’t do general anesthesia and only did Twilight. So I wrote him off my list because that’s insane. It’s a very painful procedure. And of course, most of the other ones were these like, you know, surgeons are that are in private practice are salesmen. Like they have a sales quota. They need to get as many procedures in on their surgery days so that they can make the most money that they can. So when I said, Hey, I know that I have them under the muscle, but I just really feel like this
this procedure doesn’t work for my lifestyle, it’s causing me problems, is my third time doing this and I really would like to get more longevity out of this. They were like, no, no, it’s fine, we’ll just close up your capsules, know, we’ll do a little bit of this and that and you’ll be fine. I was not convinced that that was what I needed because I know that to do the procedure that I wanted, would be two and a half to three hours in surgery versus like an hour. And they don’t make as much money. When you’re in surgery, one patient’s in surgery with them for three hours.
ONYX (28:52.934)
Hmm.
Lisa Michelle (28:57.862)
they can’t bill you $8,500 for the additional two hours. They can only bill you a certain amount more. So it makes more sense to them economically to have more patience that they can bill $8,500 an hour for than just one at that rate. So I was aware I was being sold and I wasn’t gonna take it. And that’s why it took me as long as I did. I ended up finding my surgeon, the only woman out of all of the surgeons I talked to. And as soon as I got in there, it was like the day after Trump got elected too.
ONYX (29:12.539)
Watch out.
Lisa Michelle (29:27.462)
They asked me, how are you doing? I’m like, well, I’m okay considering what’s happening in our country. And my surgeon stops me, she goes, oh my God, I feel the same sister. I’m like, okay, these people are cool. Immediately, she knew exactly what my problem was. I’m like, look at this crease I had. When I do pushups, it burns. For years, I was having burning pain on my left side. When I did pushups or pull ups, I became more more aware of it.
I think I wrote it off because I didn’t want to admit that something was wrong. I’m like, but it burns and I have this crease. She’s like, yeah, that’s not right. I’m like, well, the last surgeon told me that the reason why it’s like this is that he needs to cut my peck muscle more. yeah, I know. Yeah. He’s like, the last surgeon didn’t release your pecks enough because when they do under the muscle, they didn’t tell me this part either. They actually have to cut your peck muscles away from the bone, like to a certain extent. Yeah. So, and that never reattaches back.
ONYX (30:07.314)
No, more burning.
Lisa Michelle (30:24.176)
They’re removing your muscle tissue away from your rib cage. And I didn’t know that and I’m not okay with that. So when he said that, I was like, hell no, you’re not cutting anything else away from the bone. I want more muscle attached back to where it should be. This is bullshit. So when I told her like that, she was like, no, like we can just do a plane change for you. You won’t have animation deform anymore.
ONYX (30:41.266)
Go ahead.
Lisa Michelle (30:49.306)
I’ll stitch your muscles back down to like where they should be. You should be able to like do pushups and start working out again the way you want to. And like right then and there, was like, this woman knows her shit and she is not, was not, the other surgeons I had always met with were, so their private practice like boutique surgeons, but she was affiliated with a hospital. So, you know, with her experience, where she was working at and having a lot of experience working with cancer patients who also have the plane change procedure done, I was like,
I feel very safe and understood with this person. like, yeah, it cost me way more. It was a lot more money. Yes. Yeah. Don’t let the price like scare you because in some cases, like you’re going to get what you pay for, unfortunately. Yeah. Yeah.
ONYX (31:21.955)
Yeah.
ONYX (31:25.847)
You’re sick.
ONYX (31:33.81)
holiday is important. Wow. It’s so amazing to meet some like a female doctor that was all about taking care of your needs, especially probably putting herself in your shoes and understanding that salesman perspective as you were saying like, I touched me. love that.
Lisa Michelle (31:41.029)
Yes.
Lisa Michelle (31:49.285)
Yes.
Yeah, and it’s kind of funny too because the doctor that I met with just before her, when I was telling him, you know, I get a burning pain. He’s like, we’ll just cut the muscle more. And he’s like, well, you know, like my assistant who was in the room with us, I did hers and hers are under the muscle and she doesn’t have any issues and she works out. Yeah, yeah. And he’s like, well, she works out. And I look at her and I go, please don’t take this the wrong way. Like, I’m sure that you work out.
ONYX (32:10.194)
Yeah, because I’m going to shoot your body. Thanks.
Lisa Michelle (32:19.834)
And I pulled out my phone, I open up my Instagram and say, do you see this? This is me on the pole doing this. I cannot isolate my workouts away from my pec muscles. And I’m like, I’m sure like whatever you’re doing is fine, but I have more intention than to just do dumbbell exercises at the gym. like, and, she, but when I started countering his argument, he’s like, you’re not going to get what you want out of this. It’s really painful. It’s going to cost you more money and it’s not even be worth it. And I look at her.
And after showing them the video, she’s like looking at me and she’s, could see she’s starting to get it. She’s like, yeah. I’m like, you get it because you have tits. You get it because you have tits. Right. Yes. So like anyone getting their boobs done, if there is not another woman in the room with you.
ONYX (32:57.402)
Yeah, he’s a dick.
ONYX (33:05.17)
love that, that look back and forth, that reading each other’s minds. I love that.
Lisa Michelle (33:16.292)
Like you should second guess whatever that doctor is saying, especially if it’s the whiteboard thing where they’re drawing boobs out on the whiteboard. Like I’ve seen that way many times.
ONYX (33:24.637)
Yeah. Wow. um, out my experience. yeah, I was, I’ve always been very muscular and itty bitty titty community. And yeah, the thought of having boobs came across my mind when I started stripping. Cause like, I mean, it was boob central. Plus you would get a raise here in Alberta. You would get raises for having either good promo, good costumes, or getting your boobs done. We don’t do that anymore. But, um, people that did that were back
Lisa Michelle (33:34.8)
Mm-hmm.
Lisa Michelle (33:48.442)
Wow.
ONYX (33:52.358)
like 20 years ago we used get that done. So anyway, so what happened was there was a couple girls, mean girls, that were making comments about my body figure. And it’s so funny how I found that out is because our phones look the exact same way. So when a text message comes through, your phone lights up, right? I looked at it, assuming it was my phone, someone’s talking about me because my name’s there. So let me read it. So I read it and they’re like basically saying, how muscular I look and.
she looks like a man and da da da da. So was like, oh, I should get my tits done because that really hurt my feelings. But at the same time, I had to think about why I should be getting my boobs done. In any case, I definitely did the research. I definitely watched other performers with their boobs done, asked around, and then did the same thing where all the girls were going. They’re like, okay, we’re going to this person in Vancouver, or we’re going to Miami, or we’re going to like Columbia. So one those three places, either super international, the US or Vancouver.
Lisa Michelle (34:24.358)
Mmm.
Lisa Michelle (34:28.186)
Yes.
Lisa Michelle (34:36.518)
Mm-hmm.
Lisa Michelle (34:44.474)
Yeah.
ONYX (34:48.102)
So I just went to Vancouver because that was easy. And I was supposed to see the actual lead surgeon. Apparently he wasn’t available. So when I got there for my consultation, it was a nurse that was there and she’s on like the computer trying to do the diagram of what my boobs would look like, computer image. And she’s putting in all these calculations and the one boob comes out and she puts it the other calculations and the other boob comes out and it’s capsized. And I’m like…
Lisa Michelle (35:06.48)
Yeah.
ONYX (35:18.994)
And she’s like, oh, it’s not going to be like that when you, I’m whoa, convince me, convince me because right now you’re not convincing me. She couldn’t get to work. No, was horrible. She couldn’t get to work. She told me to come back and never came back. I was like, no, I’m not getting my boobs done. That was the exciting factor. You couldn’t figure it on a computer. Why am I going give you my actual life being for you to play around with and fuck it up? Fuck no.
Lisa Michelle (35:21.103)
HEEH!
Lisa Michelle (35:27.366)
That’s a horrible sell.
Lisa Michelle (35:34.0)
you
Lisa Michelle (35:41.574)
Yeah.
Lisa Michelle (35:46.254)
Yeah. You know what? You’re actually, you’re not the first person to tell me that when they had their consult and they use the, the 3d imaging, but it didn’t work. But like, this is things to look out for. Like this is a sales tactic. If they can show you what you’re going to look like. the truth is, it’s like a good surgeon is not going to have to do that. They’ll explain to you what the procedure is and what your outcome will be. and yours, yours. And another thing you mentioned, a really good thing is
ONYX (36:12.082)
Yeah.
Lisa Michelle (36:15.801)
We don’t want to do something like that to our bodies if it’s for the purpose of external validation. The people I know that are the most happy with whatever they had done is because they did it for themselves. And of course, the quality of their life improved. These tits have gotten me out of abusive relationship. They helped me leave a crappy job. For me, was, I didn’t feel like I was trying to…
ONYX (36:20.9)
Exactly.
ONYX (36:28.476)
Exactly.
100%.
ONYX (36:35.634)
you
Lisa Michelle (36:42.566)
become someone that had big boobs, was trying to become myself and get past this thing that just really didn’t allow me to be like my best self. I think that’s like the biggest reason to do it is just for what you and you need. But like everyone’s case is different too. Like I had so many people, like when I had my first rupture, people at work like, go to this guy, go to that guy, I went to him, I went to him.
ONYX (37:01.106)
Thank you for signing with us.
Lisa Michelle (37:11.536)
Well, yeah, like I could go to your guy, but is he qualified in doing this type of procedure? And a lot of people don’t know what type of procedure they’re looking for. They can get talked into like I did talked into some muscular, you know, 18 years later, I know that that was not the right procedure for me. Or like, like you’re saying you’re worried about scarring. If you know, like your skin type and that you’re prone to scarring, you want to find the right incision placement.
ONYX (37:17.511)
Thank
Lisa Michelle (37:37.568)
Or if you have really thin skin, you know, and you’re worried about not looking natural, then maybe you do want to go under the muscle. Or if you’re just really worried about rupturing because you’re muscle mommy, maybe you want to go away from the muscle. So there’s so many different considerations based on like what you know about your anatomy and what you know about your lifestyle and basically where you want to be with them. Like, you know, 10 years from now when you have to replace them, like what’s your life going to be like? Are you still going to want them even?
ONYX (37:38.023)
Good.
ONYX (37:49.616)
Thank
Lisa Michelle (38:06.342)
If you decide you don’t want them, are you going to have to consider getting a lift or what all those other considerations are? You really want to think about it and like, who am I? Is this going to work for me? Is a surgeon qualified to do what I need done that’s going to work for me? And where do I want to confront this issue 10 years down the road? Because once they’re in your body, your body’s never going to be the same. That’s another thing is I know the first time you get your boobs on is so exciting. You’re like, yes, everything’s going to be different. And it is. Everything is going to be different. They changed my life.
ONYX (38:26.043)
Mm-hmm.
Lisa Michelle (38:36.198)
Um, but also everything is going to be different in a different way, you know, 10, 15 years later. And that can cost you a lot more. And in my experience, it ended up costing me way more, you know, because I didn’t make the choice thinking about my future. And if I was being honest with myself at 26, when I got them done, yeah, I wanted to work out all the time. I wanted, I would look at like images of super fit women and think, I wish I could be like that, but I have these weird boobs. So why even bother?
ONYX (38:43.378)
Mm-hmm.
ONYX (38:48.273)
Mm.
Lisa Michelle (39:05.126)
but then I got boobs and like, now I can be like that, but they kind of got in the way ultimately, you know? Yeah.
ONYX (39:12.235)
No. What would you say to someone that… Well, I listen to this a lot on your podcast, but I feel like it’s the common denominator is like, what do do when you’re so bored? When you get your boobs done, you have to rest. That is the most important thing. You need to let them rest. You need to let them sit. They tell you, what is it, six months to just chill, like chill.
Lisa Michelle (39:29.583)
Yeah.
Lisa Michelle (39:36.036)
I wish, I wish, you know, like, come on.
ONYX (39:38.8)
Six months is like quality. Four months is like…
Lisa Michelle (39:42.318)
Yeah, I feel like if you can get away with like being on stage and not if you work at one of those clubs like we don’t care like you could be on stage and just walk around like yeah sure you could you could go back to work at six weeks but if you make your money from doing tricks and it is expected that you perform or if you’re like a feature like that kind of dancer you probably want to give yourself like three to four months.
Considering the type of procedure I have which is one of the more invasive types of procedures to have My surgeon said you can go back to work at six weeks, but please be very careful And she means no pole climbing none of that shit like you can hold on to the pole luckily my my stage has those poles that spin with a little platform on the bottom so I can just kind of stand on it and look like I’m working really hard, but not so
I guess I’m lucky like that. but I just had my first strength workout at the five and a half week mark on Monday. I was able to do elevated pushups, two sets of 20 with no pain, nothing like that burning pain has gone in my chest. I’m so happy. I can’t do pull ups, but I could do like rope pulls. think I did like 40 pounds. So I’m like there with what I had done. but I can’t do, tricep extensions because that overhead external rotation.
ONYX (40:48.732)
Thanks.
Lisa Michelle (41:03.556)
It’s like right at my incision. So what I’m feeling the most is pulling on the incisions because they had to sew all my muscle and fascia down. So all of that is really connected at that point. And the nerve pain was incredibly painful because of all that. Like that was probably the worst part of it is the nerve pain was so bad. I also had a cap select me on my left side to clean out the rupture. So that’s like,
ONYX (41:03.612)
Mm.
Lisa Michelle (41:27.142)
If you’ve ever like when you’re a kid and you fall and you skin your knee really bad and you get like that road rash on it and it’s just like it’s so raw and it’s like on fire. It feels like that like inside your chest. So that pain and the capesophere like the stitching down on my muscles was probably the worst. And the last part of it to leave is like right at the incisions. Like there’s a little bit of that pull. So anything overhead I’m careful about, but I could work very lazily.
ONYX (41:50.618)
Yeah.
Lisa Michelle (41:54.306)
But I could, I probably won’t be able to like really train pole to the capacity that I want to for like another like month, I’d say. So it varies. Some people recover quickly. If you’re young and you eat really well and you’re hydrated and take your vitamins, all that, like, yeah, you could recover pretty quickly, especially if you go over the muscle. It’s a little bit less intense on the body under the muscle. They’re cutting muscle tissue. So yeah, your recovery is going to be more significant. Yeah.
ONYX (42:01.682)
Yeah.
ONYX (42:20.434)
That’s amazing. I apologize if you hear my dog barking. He’s getting a little angry. Is there anything else you would like to say to our audience that we haven’t covered in this discussion today? Really, really good discussion, by the way.
Lisa Michelle (42:24.772)
Yeah.
Lisa Michelle (42:36.684)
Yeah, thank you. I’m just, you know, I’m really happy if anyone wants to like talk it out. I would say please take more time than you think you need to to think about it because the decision that you make could really determine if you end up having to have them replaced sooner than you want to and make sure
that you talk to your surgeons and do a lot of reading. Read every single article. Read articles that are written by surgeons all over the world, not just surgeons like in your country where you live, because there’s different perspectives on that. Read as much as you possibly can. Talk to people that have had them done, you know, and try to get as many reviews as you possibly can. And then just make sure that you do your prep work.
Don’t be drinking caffeine before I I know that I sound like a mom, but like it’ll really have an effect. Because it can mess with like your heart rate, your healing, all that stuff. It conflicts with the painkillers, the medicines they give you. And I made that mistake. just such a habit. I always have like a little cup of coffee with my breakfast in the morning. And I was on like oxycodone and I went to like have some coffee and I get like five sips into it. And all of sudden I start feeling like woozy and I start
ONYX (43:25.603)
We will.
ONYX (43:29.82)
I’m not catching you.
ONYX (43:39.899)
Really.
ONYX (43:45.542)
Bye.
Lisa Michelle (43:54.414)
my heart was racing and I’m like sweating profusely and I’m like, my God. And I actually started to pass out and my husband’s like trying to pick me up. He’s like, what’s wrong? And he’s freaking out. He’s trying to find the number, the emergency number. And I’m like, it’s on the paper. And, but then I recovered and I’m like, what was that? I’m like, my God, it was the caffeine. I shouldn’t have done that. know, make sure you think about stuff like that and make sure you prep your house. especially if you’re going under the muscle.
ONYX (44:13.061)
Wow.
Lisa Michelle (44:21.03)
Yeah, because I, can’t get out of bed. can’t, you don’t realize how much you use your arms. You know, I, couldn’t get it. I knew that was going to happen. I wouldn’t be able to get out of bed on my own. Um, but you know, in hindsight, I should have had one of those like motorized reclining, like a lazy boy to get myself up and down on my own. Um, forget about reaching up overhead for anything. So anything you need to get out of the fridge, put it at, you know, like your like belly button height. Yeah. Everything your plates, everything plates, cups, put it on the kitchen counter.
ONYX (44:23.793)
Yeah.
ONYX (44:45.396)
This is my favorite!
Lisa Michelle (44:49.924)
Don’t even think about like, don’t realize it, but you can’t put your arms over your head. You just, you, I was like walking around a little T-Rex arms for like seven days. yeah. Like there’s just, sometimes going to the bathroom is going to be hard. So think about that. Think about how you’re going to like deal with that. Cause you’re, you’re, you’re probably going to need an assistant. You need someone to take care of you. Yeah. Yeah. Have someone at home with you at least for the first four or five days. So.
ONYX (44:54.842)
Yeah.
ONYX (45:13.308)
Well, that’s it.
Lisa Michelle (45:19.686)
I would say research heavily, read as much as you can, get as many reviews as you can, talk to your surgeon, know about what your contraindications are, what you want to do in the future if you need to take them out and make sure that you prep heavily. Yes. And pick up your meds before you have your surgery so you’re not like, oh crap, it hurts really bad. Yeah. Right. Cause you’re not going anywhere. You’re not going anywhere.
ONYX (45:40.882)
We gotta go outside.
I don’t even like going in there.
Lisa Michelle (45:47.236)
Yeah, and have something to do. I made the mistake of, I knew I was gonna be off work for six weeks and I’ve been trying to transition to getting a different kind of job. So I’m like, I’m gonna work on all this stuff, have all these little projects I need to do, I’m gonna finish this thing, I’ll have something for my portfolio. And it was not effective. I was not as effective as I needed to be. What I needed to do was shut down and just heal and do my little crochet project and watch Star Trek.
ONYX (46:04.786)
Thank you.
Lisa Michelle (46:15.61)
Just have your movie marathon and do your little crochet project. Be creative. Like, let’s not be productive here. Let’s just heal and take it easy. Eat lots of soup. Have your meals prepped. Make all your food for at least six days worth of food. Put it in the freezer. So all you have to do is take it out and put it in the microwave. Unless if you have a personal chef, but yeah. Yeah.
ONYX (46:32.946)
my gosh, that’s awesome. Where can we find you online if anyone wants to get in touch with you and do those one-on-one conversations?
Lisa Michelle (46:46.222)
Mm-hmm Yeah, so I’m on Instagram For now who knows what’s gonna happen to Instagram? Yeah, right So I’m pull your heart out P o le pull your heart out and Instagram. I also have a second account That’s kind of a backup for that one strip your heart out That one I filter more so if like any dude tries to follow that account. I always block them. So Because I know some people
ONYX (46:52.24)
Yes, that’s right.
Lisa Michelle (47:12.656)
don’t, you they don’t want to be around the man spaces. So I try, I try, I try to filter creeps out of that account more than I do my pull your heart out one. but yeah, just DM me if you’re, on the, you’re trying to figure it out on the fence, and not knowing what to do, or if you need like a surgeon recommendation, and if you just need a guide, cause it is a serious thing. It is a very serious thing to do, but a great thing, a great thing if you do it for the right reason.
ONYX (47:16.807)
What?
ONYX (47:40.971)
Yeah, amazing. Well, thank you so much for joining us today, Lisa. It was so great getting to talk to you and meeting you face to face. I know we now follow each other on Instagram. We stalk each other. Love that. And yay, Gus is here to say hello to everybody. Yeah, pretty much. Called out. They are on, just two of them, not the backpacks.

ONYX (48:10.785)
No, they don’t. He steps on his own feet anyways and takes them off. I’m like, how are you so derpy? He’s so good. But yes, it was great chatting with you. Let’s bring back AM on again and let’s do a little outro before we let you go. How was that? we enjoy the conversation?

AM Davies (48:28.428)
Yeah, bye Lisa.
my gosh, I learned so much and I was like, you know, I produced the other four episodes. So was listening to all of her episodes, but like, and so I heard a lot and I learned a lot then but like just hearing her story, I learned so much like the fascia and the what is attached to your bone when what
ONYX (48:53.682)
I thought it was just like a little slip in and then suit your clothes not taking apart muscle away from bone
AM Davies (49:02.043)
Yeah, I have like a-
I have a whole new respect for anyone that’s ever had their breasts augmented. I had no idea. Like, literally, I thought because I think, you know, this is like societal messaging. I think that we’ve been like conditioned to like through whatever messaging like, it’s just a little slit in your nipple. We just tuck it in or it’s a little slit under the boob and we just tuck it in. But it’s not all like that. It’s it sounds more complicated and painful and calm and like, yeah.
ONYX (49:34.138)
Yeah, and then doing any kind of pull, like, tootles to all those who have breast implants and are still doing pull, because it’s all chest, it’s all chest pulling, like, no matter what, like, shoulder mount, like, all the time, right?
AM Davies (49:41.29)
Yeah.
AM Davies (49:48.33)
I know. I mean, I did one shoulder mount yesterday and my whole upper back and neck is like totally messed up and I can’t imagine. I mean, what if, you know, I can’t imagine. I’m just
ONYX (50:00.338)
I would brick it even more if it there were, I can just see it just being torn so much more. I’m like, oops.
AM Davies (50:06.894)
100%. I learned so much. I learned so much. Yeah. So I’m blown away and I can’t wait for this to hit the airwaves. You’re all listening to it right now. So count yourselves lucky. This was a great series. And honestly, Onyx, you killed it. You did such a good job asking all the right questions. Not that I’m surprised, but you know, there was a part of me that’s like, you know, because you hadn’t been there like I had for the
ONYX (50:24.828)
Yay!
AM Davies (50:35.49)
the recordings, like I was like, how’s this gonna go? But I mean, it was just perfect. Like you guys were really greatly matched and it was such a pleasure. Like there was time, like sometimes you guys were talking, I was like, I was like, leaned in.
ONYX (50:39.669)
Good night.
ONYX (50:51.426)
Hahaha!
AM Davies (50:54.88)
she said the fascia thing to the bone i was like what my god
ONYX (51:00.466)
Yeah, I felt the pain on my ribs. I was like, whoa.
AM Davies (51:03.744)
Yeah, so you both killed it. was great. And I’m so pleased. thank you. Thank you for that.
ONYX (51:11.334)
Well, thank you for allowing me to host it. Cause yeah, it was definitely an interesting topic and I absolutely loved it. I didn’t get to say bye to Lisa. She like cleared off on it, but yeah. Thank you for joining us, but she’s gone. But, yeah.
AM Davies (51:13.614)
Hopefully. Yeah. Good.
AM Davies (51:20.818)
sorry, yeah, that’s the new format! That’s the new format!
Yeah, yes. And just a quick reminder for that we have a store and the store helps support this podcast. Go to yesstore.shop. We’re changing our URLs and our handles away from the word stripper, unfortunately, because society and bots on the internet hate that word. So it’s yesstore.shop. Y-A-S store.shop.
Thank you. it supports this podcast and sex workers and sex worker orgs. So shopping there is like really, really good idea. It’s a really good idea. Yeah. Yeah. That’s all I
ONYX (52:01.874)
All right then, well until next time everybody, toodles!
AM Davies (52:08.492)
